PROCESS FLOW
The Integrity Nutrient Control System can be used with a variety of different manure types (dairy, swine, confined beef) whether it be scraped or flushed and almost any type of bedding, including sand.
The Integrity Process begins with the separation of the liquid from the manure solids via a combination of mechanical and gravity methods. The separated solids and settled sludge contain a large fraction of nutrients that can be exported from the farm, selectively and conveniently land applied, or composted and sold.
The liquid is sent to the main treatment basin where it is aerated and converted into a nearly odor free aerobic state. The liquid is now a low nutrient, low odor wastewater that can be land applied in much higher volumes per acre than traditional slurry manure. This is very important with phosphorous based nutrient management standards. The Integrity PulseJet permits application of the liquid at a precisely controlled rate, delivered only to the root zone over an extended period of time. This allows the Integrity PulseJet to be used under wet conditions and without fear of run-off.
