INTEGRITY manure separator | aerated treatment basin | INTEGRITY PulseJet | INTEGRITY ASP Composting
The INTEGRITY PulseJet System is designed to deliver treated wastewater to fields within nutrient management plans. The System is comprised of an INTEGRITY Auto Clean Screen, INTEGRITY PulseJet Pump, INTEGRITY EcoSafe Controller and the INTEGRITY Static or Traveling PulseJet.

The auto-clean screen allows treated liquids to be safely drawn from the aerated zone of the treatment basin.
The INTEGRITY PulseJet Pump is a special high-pressure pump located at the treatment basin (lagoon). Using only 10 HP, it is designed to deliver liquid to the PulseJet which can be located up to 5 miles away.
The EcoSafe Controller is a special control panel designed to deactivate the PulseJet Pump when the PulseJet has completed its journey, or if there is a line rupture or blockage. This EcoSafe Controller makes it possible to operate the PulseJet for days without supervision and with only minimal risk of an environmental event.

The traveling PulseJet is liquid powered (no motors!)
The INTEGRITY Auto-Clean Screen is a device that floats on the aerated treatment basin (lagoon) and is tied to the PulseJet and/or flush water pump intake. It is constructed entirely of stainless steel and is designed to prevent debris from entering the pump suction. Its self-cleaning feature is operated by a small, fractional HP gear motor.

The INTEGRITY PulseJet is a unique device especially designed to land apply liquids at a precisely controlled rate. It fires high-pressure pulses of liquid at regular intervals covering an area roughly 400 feet in diameter, a very large wetted area with minimal run-off risk. There are stationary PulseJets that are moved periodically with an ATV, and there are Traveling PulseJets with adjustable speed settings that permit application rates from .009 to .05 inches/acre/hour. The Traveling PulseJets have 1,000 feet of hose on the reel and are liquid powered. These machines operate with minimal supervision and turn themselves off automatically upon return.

The static model is used on sloping terrain and is easily moveable with an ATV.
Aerated treatment basin liquids are odor free and can be field applied with a PulseJet to a growing crop, even in wet conditions. Run-off and run-through are not an issue because the controlled application rate assures that the liquids stay in the root zone. PulseJet usage virtually eliminates tanking and costs half as much. Yes, the PulseJet System pays for itself!
