INTEGRITY manure separator | aerated treatment basin | INTEGRITY PulseJet | INTEGRITY ASP Composting
The INTEGRITY composting system is known as the Aerated Static Pile (ASP) method. The ASP method utilizes high volume blowers to introduce controlled amounts of oxygen into the pile. This assures optimal oxygenation and temperature control for one of the shortest composting cycles possible – a fraction of the normal time with superior results.

Forced aeration brings pile temperatures up quickly for pathogen kill.

An extended aerated static pile allows for rapid composting of larger volumes.
The INTEGRITY ASP Composting Method works so well because aerobic (oxygen loving) bacteria decompose organic materials up to 20 times faster than their anaerobic cousins. A pile of organic material left to compost naturally will produce a finished product in approximately 9 months. An INTEGRITY Aerated Static Pile produces material that is odor, weed seed and pathogen free in 30 days that can be field applied to areas lacking nutrients. If not field applied at this point, the pile should be turned and left to cure for another 30 days after which it can be marketed as finished compost – a mere 60 days!
